Cancellation & Returns

Every piece at By Nina’s Knits is individually handcrafted and made to order just for you. Because of the bespoke nature of our apparel, decor and gifts, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind.

We highly encourage you to review all sizing guides, dimensions, and color options carefully before placing your order.

A Note on Natural Variations & Dye Lots

Because our items are bespoke and crafted from high-quality fibers, slight variations in texture and color are natural and expected. Yarn colors can vary slightly between different dye lots or computer monitors. These unique characteristics are a testament to the handmade process and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Product Care & Longevity

To ensure your bespoke items last a lifetime, specific washing and care instructions are included with every shipped order. You can also find these care guides on our website at any time. By Nina’s Knits is not responsible for items that are damaged due to improper washing, drying or general care contrary to our guidelines.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will absolutely make it right:

  • Reporting Window: You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requirements: Please email us at byninasknits@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Resolution: If fault is ours, we will arrange for a repair, replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Window: You may request a cancellation within 48 hours of placing your order.

  • After 48 Hours: Once materials have been cut or yarn has been prepped after the 48 hour mark, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Shipping & Deliveries

  • Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

  • Return to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buy is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.
